This is a preliminary application, we will send you an intake form. After careful consideration we will notify you of acceptance. We do this to retain the integrity of the circle and most importantly ensure this space is the right one for your journey.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • No refunds are given for change of mind

  • If sudden sickness or injury prohibits you from attending the retreat before February 15th 2025 a credit note will be given to attend another Mystic Wellness retreat

  • No credits for cancellations due to illness made inside of February 15th 2025

  • If you need to cancel it is up to you to find someone to take your spot.
